2 c cooked squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 carrot
1 c sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 pkg bread crumbs
Butter
Mash squash and add onion, carrot, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Butter a 2 qt casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs in bottom. Add squash and cover with remaining bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
